Pumpkins and Candy Corn

I LOVE candy corn! Something that I had entirely forgotten about from my childhood is this sweet little treat. That's until Kurts cousin Shay reminded me about these little buggers. I bought a bag and went nuts! Sadly, this love of mine was foiled by a fact I read in Womens Health mag today. To pack in 100 calories it takes just 8 of these!! YIKES!! That's so not good and not what I want to be hearing! These Halloween classic candies pack a steep punch! OUCH.
Moving on from my candy corn woes, I wanted to share these super easy cute way of decorating pumpkins I found while browsing from blog to blog.

All it takes is an old or cheap new pair of funky nylons and you've got one sassy looking pumpkin! I love them, so easy and fun. I tied a bow out of halloween colored ribbon, you can add any little detail you want. Just be sure to wash your pumpkin good before sticking it in the stocking. What kind of pumpkins do you like?
