Trick or Treats

I am way behind on my Halloween post but better late than never right?! This year for Halloween we went to Quartz Hill to spend our trick or treating adventures with our friends the Westmorelands. Our kids are best buds so who better to spend it with? We started off the night with pictures and then went trick or treating door to door on their block.

(the boys- Emmitt, Ryder, and Mason) We then headed over to Christines Moms for some yummy pizza and refreshments. We tried to make it to a church trunk or treat but we were too late so we then headed to another area for one last round of trick or treating before heading home. The kids got a TON of candy, too much really. :) They had so much fun running from door to door with their friends. Alaina got very upset at one house when she couldn't push the doorbell so once all the kids had grabbed their candy, she went to the door all by herself for her treat. It was very cute to watch her standing there all by herself waiting patiently for her treat, all because she wanted to ring the doorbell. She loved running back to us after every door and proudly announcing she got Trick or Treats!

(the girls- Kayden and Alaina) Emmitt was so excited to be the Bumblebee Transformer, he thought it was the coolest thing ever! Alaina looked so cute in her Snow White costume, wig and all. She got very offended the first time she put the wig on and Daddy laughed at her (the wig looks sort of funny on such a small child) she told Daddy, "It's not funny, it's pretty." Poor little princess.

Our little pumpkin Maddox was such a great little trooper while we trick or treated, he slept pretty much the whole time which allowed for an enjoyable door to door experience. We had an awesome Halloween and were lucky to spend it with great friends.

I love their costumes. And I love that Alaina even had a wig. I can't imagine Madi would have kept it on! She looks beautiful.
