Shillig Theater

Monday 4/6/09- we had our very first family combined FHE (family home evening). We sent out evites and planned for a FHE movie night. It was really fun to have everyone together! We invited both sets of grandparents, and my brother Travis and his little family. I made some tickets and our movie sign, we had popcorn and all kinds of goodies. We started off the evening with a song, and prayer by Emmitt, then we had a quick lesson, then a ticket raffle (Kailie won some yummy candy), followed by some fun activity songs to get the wiggles out.
Our feature film was Bolt, which is a super cute movie. To keep the kids entertained we had some fun coloring pages too. I have to say my fave part was having everyone together to share in some good family fun. I also enjoyed watching the kids flock to Kurt. As you can see in the top pic all the babies wanted to sit with him. Thank you to all who came and we will definitely make this a more regular thing.
