7 Year Anniversary

I now I'm posting this pretty late but the month of June is not over yet so technically it still counts. June 7th Kurt and I celebrated 7 yrs of marriage. I had been sick the weekend prior and was sort of recovered when we celebrated Monday by going to Universal Studios Hollywood. I have never been there before, sad I know, being a native Californian and all. Although I wouldn't say anyone is missing much. They only have a few rides and they last literally about 30 secs to a minute long. We had fun anyway though like we always do when we're together. We first rode the new simpsons, we both sort of got sick on that one. Its one of those motion coasters, I was already sick to begin with and Kurt always gets sick on them.

After that we stopped and got a cinnabon and then off to the Hollywood tour.

I enjoyed learning all the history and seeing all the sets, I especially enjoyed Wisteria Lane from Desperate Housewives. #

After our tour we went to the Waterworld show, probably my favorite thing we did that day. It was fun and we got pretty soaked. Of course there's no fun in going if you don't sit in the splash section!! lol. Then we checked out Terminator 3D, it was alright.

Then off to the Return of the Mummy coaster and Jurassic Park. I was looking forward to these two and was dissapointed. They don't last long at all and I feel that Universal needs to step it up in order to call themselves a theme park. After the park we had a nice dinner at Saddleranch Chophouse. The food was very heavy and the portions were HUGE! It was a good experience, I'd probably go back for citywalk but not so much for the park.
